“On 19th October 2020 I had my first ever surgery and it was the big one, pulmonary endarterectomy. I had an absolutely amazing surgeon, Choo Ng, and all his team and all those from other departments involved at Papworth were amazing too.
My lockdowns were occupied with shielding pre-op and recovering post-op. The photo is me following surgery.”
